Individual Veteran & First Responder Registration

Faces of Freedom Midland salutes the service of U.S. veterans and first responders, and the sacrifices they have made for our country. If you are a veteran or first responder, we invite you to register for this event free of charge. Freedom Service Dogs is grateful to our generous sponsors who make this possible. Freedom Service Dogs will provide a golf cart, free of charge, to any veteran or first responder. Veterans and first responders must bring their own gun, but guns will also be available to rent through Midland Shooter Association. Please call them directly at (432) 310-4722 to reserve. Freedom Service Dogs will provide ammunition free of charge. Each registrant will receive one door prize ticket. Please complete the form below to secure your registration.
