Assistance Dog Trainer I

Under the direction and guidance of the Assistance Dog Training Manager, this position will provide advanced obedience and custom task training to meet the needs of FSD clients using primarily positive reinforcement and clicker training techniques; train service dogs including outings & evaluations for each dog assigned in accordance with FSD and ADI standards; provide instruction to clients receiving service dogs; and assist in the training and mentoring of FSD volunteers assisting in dog socialization, walking and training. Read full job description.

Director of Client Services

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Client Services provides leadership and direction to the client services program. Clients include: children with autism and other neurocognitive disabilities, veterans with post-traumatic stress and/or traumatic brain injury, and individuals with mobility disabilities. Director of Dog Operations

As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Dog Operations provides leadership and direction to the dog operations program including reproduction, puppy raising, dog training, dog health, and kennel care. Provide comprehensive care to the dogs that are being trained by the Organization to assist individuals with disabilities. Ensure the physical and mental well-being of dogs by monitoring their behavior and physical condition, interacting with them continuously and constructively. Nursery Kennel Technician: Part Time

Under the supervision of the Reproduction and Genetics Manager, this position will provide comprehensive care to the puppies that are being raised by the Organization to eventually assist individuals with disabilities.
