Assistance Dog Instructor
Assistance Dog Instructors are responsible for providing basic obedience and custom task training to meet the needs of clients using positive reinforcement and clicker training. Train up to 9 dogs at a time including outings & evaluations for each dog assigned in accordance with FSD and Assistance Dogs International standards. Provide training to clients during placement classes. Help train and mentor volunteers that are assisting in dog socialization, walking and training. Reports to the Client Services & Training Manager.

Client Services & Dog Training Manager
As a member of the management team, the Client Services & Dog Training Manager provides leadership and direction to the dog training and client services program. Clients include: veterans and first responders with post-traumatic stress and/or traumatic brain injury, individuals with mobility disabilities, young adults with autism.
Develop and lead implementation of strategies and operational standards designed to maximize client dog partnership success. Manage application process, client training, and graduate services including re-certification and lifetime support. Ensure Assistance Dogs International (ADI) and Animal Assisted Services International (AASI) training standards and Colorado’s Pet Animal Care Facilities Act (PACFA) regulations are adhered to and maintained.
Kennel Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Under the supervision of the Sr. Manager of Reproduction and Kennels, this position will provide comprehensive care to the dogs that are being trained by the Organization to assist individuals with disabilities. Ensure the physical and mental well-being of dogs by monitoring their behavior and physical condition, interacting with them continuously and constructively. Responsible for providing food, water, maintaining clean kennel environments, and care as needed. Must be able to communicate health and behavioral observations to the appropriate personnel. Reports to the Sr. Manager of Reproduction and Kennels.
Senior Human Resources Generalist
The Senior Human Resources Generalist leads the development and execution of human resources strategies that support the organization’s mission and goals, overseeing functions such as talent acquisition, training, payroll, benefit administration, compliance, and employee handbook and policy development. As the primary HR professional for a staff of 60 employees, they partner with leadership to strengthen internal systems, foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture, plan employee engagement opportunities, and advance initiatives that support equity and organizational effectiveness. Reports to the Director of Finance and Administration.
