Freedom Service Dogs Graduates Record Number in Class of 2008

Sixteen Freedom Service Dogs teams graduated on October 12, 2008. That is a four-fold increase over last year and the most teams

ever graduated in one year. The record-setting class is the result of hard work and focus by FSD staff, volunteers and training partners.

“Our mission of rescuing dogs to free people drives everything we do,” executive director Sharan Wilson says. “Our goal is to rescue

as many dogs as possible and pair them with as many deserving clients as we can. The record class of 2008 is the gratifying result of

our work with the Freedom Service Dogs community.”
